Week 1 (Feelings)

Today we are going to learn about feelings, thoughts and behaviours and the connection between the three.

 

We will learn how to look at the way emotions and feelings can affect and influence the way we behave, the way we feel physically and mentally.

 

Read through the Powerpoint presentation slide by slide and try your best to respond to the questions. Speak to an adult about the topics raised if possible - they can help you talk through things. (Alternatively, you can always ask your parents for a call from me!)
