Huge thank you to our families for letting us see your special Baptism pictures and objects. 
We were also able to spend a special moment of prayer lighting Rose’s candle for the very first time, after sharing her Baptism story! 

Maths: Problem Solving

 

Our class are absolutely loving our problem solving activities each day! We are getting so much better at tackling problems without giving up when it seems tough. We’re learning that sometimes we need to get it wrong before we get it right👍🏻

Today we learnt about preposition. We used it to explain the position of objects and ourselves. We then learnt to sing the Preposition song, take a look here.  Finally we wrote our own version together.

Literacy- Descriptive Writing✍️ 
 

We began our lesson by closing our eyes and feeling the fruit in front of us. Then, we smelt the fruit. Next, we looked at the fruit. After that, we tasted the fruit and finally, we listened to the sound it made as we ate it. After using each one of our senses, we put our hands up and gave Miss Norwood different adjectives to write on the board.
