House Team Colours Day
Fri 24 May 2019House Team Colours Day was such good fun. We started with an assembly, sitting with all our team-mates. After the weekly awards, the first half-term house team winner was announced. It was St. George, almost one hundred points ahead of the other three teams but the scores were all excellent! Following the assembly, Key Stage 2 played rounders in their teams. This was great fun. After lunch KS1 had some team races. The winning team then had the field to themselves to celebrate their win. It was lovely to see children of all ages mixing together so well. The older children were fantastic with the Infant and Nursery children. Thank you to all our parents and carers for finding the right colours and well done to everyone for earning all those house points. -
Crowning Mary
Sun 12 May 2019Reception presented a really beautiful assembly on Friday. They told us about Mary, the Mother of Jesus and then every child in the school came forward with flowers brought from home. The assembly finished with the youngest child in the class crowning Mary. The flowers are now around the statue of Mary in the entrance to school and in the prayer garden.
