BBC Winterwatch and RSPB Birdwatch

Today we will do something a bit different in our English lesson. We are going to watch and take part in another BBC Live Lesson at 11am.

This lesson is all about observing and recording sighting of birds in our local environment. 

It all leads up to a specific set of days that you will record sightings of Birds in your back garden.

Below is the document you will need to follow today's live lesson and further documents and weblinks to help you take part in the Big Garden Birdwatch this weekend.

Yesterday at break time myself and some of the other children were watching two blue tits in the tree just outside our classroom. We also saw a robin, magpies and the other day a buzzard! All just in our school grounds!

I do hope you can all take part in the Big Garden Birdwatch and send your results to the RSPB!
