Structures - Boat Making
Textiles
We have enjoyed learning how to do different stitches for an Anglo Saxon wall hanging. We learned how to do running stitch, cross stictch and blanket stitch. We used the Anglo Saxon alphabet - Runes for our inspiration and design. Great effort!
Quiche
We have been busy making quiche! First we tasted different ingredients to decide what we wanted to put in our quiche, then we designed our quiches before making them. We made our own pastry which we blind baked, then added our own individual fillings before baking them. Delicious!
