Activities
- Practise blowing bubbles (talk about what happens to them, why do they pop?)
- Make bread or pizzas for the family to share
- Read information on animals
- Watch videos of baby chicks hatching (Twinkl has a good video, search ‘chick hatching’ - see the main home learning page for username and password)
- Watch episodes of 'Come Outside' on YouTube
- Hunt for bugs in your garden - can you describe the ones you find?

- Plant seeds (like cress) and watch them grow
- Watch videos of seeds growing (you can find these on YouTube)

- Observe the weather each day and make a weather chart
- Make a family tree - talk about who is in your family
- Download the 'EYFS All About Spring' powerpoint from www.twinkl.co.uk and learn all about Spring
- Freeze small toys in ice and work out how to get them out
- Look for different sorts of ICT in your house (e.g. microwave, tv, remote control, phone)
- Feed the birds in your garden
- Keep a chart of what birds you have seen each day
