Week 2 (Libbie Hyman)

Today you will learn about a famous female scientist called Libbie Hyman, who was a zoologist who is recognised for her research and work on vertebrates and invertebrates.

 

You may recall some of the knowledge learned from the last term about classification of living things too.

You may wish to use a dictionary to understand the meaning of these words before reading the presentation and fact files.

Learn about the life of Libbie Hyman by reading the Powerpoint presentation and fact files. Then you are to conduct some research on an animal and create your own fact file in the style of Libbie Hyman.
