Week 3 (Conflicting Emotions)
Today we will learn about how to manage and deal with uncomfortable and negative feelings and emotions. We will learn to develop our own coping strategies using an emotional scale. Learn about what Mental Wellbeing is and how we can be aware of our own Mental Health.
Read through the Powerpoint presentation and try to answer the questions, jotting down your thoughts and responses.
Have a look at the Emotional Scale attached below and reflect on the emotions described.
Then have a go at creating your own Emotional Scale using the 'My Scale' activity sheet below.
If possible, talk with a grown up at home about the topics raised in the presentation.
