Transition folder for Year 4 to Year 5

Hello Year 4,

Welcome to your transition page!

I hope you are all well.  I am super excited to teach you all next year and I can't wait for us to be all together in September. 

I know this process is a little bit different to other years, but hopefully this page will help to answer some of your questions and give you an insight into life in Year 5. 

Our Classroom

Next year, your classroom will be where the current Year 6S classroom is. You may recognise this classroom as you was in this room with Miss French in Year 3.

This classroom does not have a cloakroom inside it, however our cloakroom can be found next to the KS2 girl toilets at the side of our class.

I really am looking forward to teaching you all next year and I also look forward to hearing about your summer adventures. Whether you go on holiday, visit family or friends, stay at home, learn a new hobby or sport, go on days out, anything you do I am super excited to hear about it!
