This term we will be learning about athletics - specifically running and jumping.
(We would normally learn about throwing too, but because of the COVID Pandemic we are avoiding handling things that are passed from one person to another.)
We will practice running for speed and running for distance.
We will also practice techniques for jumping.
You could practice sprint running in the park, or running distances, timing yourself and trying to beat your times.
