GMEC Challenge

This Spring term, whatever happens with the pandemic, we are going to work on a very exciting and real engineering challenge. We will work together with the University of Manchester and a real engineer, to design your own buildings to be built on a piece of land in Greater Manchester.

Each week we will learn about what things we need to consider when designing a building, along with the math and science knowledge that we need to think about when building on land.

I will keep this page updated regularly with all the learning materials and tasks - so keep checking back.
