Easter Activities
- Complete some Easter baking (there are lots of recipes at https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/collection/easter-kids)
- Have an Easter egg hunt around your house or garden
- Have an egg and spoon race with your family (use hard boiled eggs or plastic ones for less mess)
- Talk about the shapes of eggs (oval) and have a look around your house to see if you can spot anything else that is the same shape

- Watch and listen to ‘The Tale of the Three Trees’ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5qRzTOpOnk (one of my favourite Easter stories)
- Learn about new life but planting some seeds if you have any and watch them grow
- Have a go at some Easter Science activities at http://prekbusybees.blogspot.com/2013/03/10-snowy-day-activities.html
- Talk about your family’s Easter traditions with a grownup
- Make some playdough and create chicks, rabbits and eggs
- Sing some Easter songs and rhymes (see below for PDFs)
- Cut out Easter egg shapes and have fun decorating them
