Year 6

🌟 Welcome to Year 6 🌟

Hello and welcome to our Year 6 class page.
I am Miss Seddon, the Year 6 class teacher. I am very lucky to be supported by our fantastic teaching assistants, Mrs Shaw and Mrs Morrison.

Year 6 is such a special year – the children take on new responsibilities, prepare for their SATs, and get ready for the exciting move to secondary school. On this page you’ll find all the key information you need to support your child throughout the year.

Harvest Challenge

13/11/25- We had a fantastic time completing the Harvest Challenge in school today! A huge thank you to all our wonderful families who donated cereal boxes to support our local food bank. Your generosity truly makes a difference.

10/11/25 Well done to Year 6 for taking part in Anti-Bullying Day by wearing odd socks. You showed great spirit and reminded everyone that we are all unique, and being different is what makes us special. Great job, Year 6!

Talk Money Week 3/11/25-7/11/25. In school we have been taking part in Talk Money Week. It has been great to listen to the children talk about future jobs, budgeting, and saving. Well done to our future generation of workers and smart money thinkers.
