Our choir did an amazing job at the CO-OP Live, joining thousands of other children to form the Young Voices 2025 Choir.

Reading,Writing & Maths Stars

Well done to this term’s reading, writing and maths stars! You have shown exceptional effort and progress in your work.

We are working word to improve attendance at school. Every week in assembly, our class attendance officers record our attendance figures on the chart. The best attenders in each key stage receive a star in the jar. At the end of term the class with the best attendance will receive a reward.

Year 6 Leavers’ Celebration

Holy Week

This week we remembered the events that led up to the crucifixion and the resurrection of Jesus. Our Foundation Stage children began with Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey. Years 1 & 2 told us about Jesus’ Last Supper with his apostles. Years 3 & 4 continued the story with the Garden of Gethsemane and Years 5 & 6 completed the week with the trial and crucifixion. The children presented a very moving account, ending with the Resurrection.

Easter Competitions

We had some fabulous Easter hats from Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 and some absolutely amazing egg creations and Easter gardens from KS2. Thank you to parents and carers for your support with this.

World Book Day

Our children looked absolutely amazing on World Book Day! There were also some fabulous wooden spoon book characters and brilliant ‘ book in a box’ creations. Thank you to parents & carers for supporting this event.
